1. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Color preference.
  • Personal preference after delivery.

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

If your request is approved, we will replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect product at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product and a replacement is not available.
  • You receive the wrong item and a replacement is not available.
  • Your order is cancelled by Kurix before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless they are damaged or incorrect).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

8. Shipping

  • We currently deliver only within Delhi, India.
  • We offer free delivery on all eligible orders within Delhi.

9. Right to Refuse

Kurix reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
